Whether you have one or more items to sell ranging from farm machinery, tractors, ATVs, plant, commercial vehicles, tools or general building supplies, we are pleased to accept entries for our monthly collective machinery auction.
Alternatively if you have a large number of the above items or items which may not be suited to the collective machinery auction, we can offer a bespoke solution to host an auction solely on your behalf, at a specific location if required. Examples of these type of sales would be farm retirement clearances, business asset renewal auctions, antique auctions, property auctions and house clearance auctions.
Please contact our office in order to obtain free and professional advice on which approach suits your needs best.
We request that items are delivered to our Auction site on the Friday prior to the Auction. The site will be open from 12 noon until 6pm and unloading facilities will be provided.
Where possible contact the office at least 1 week in advance to pre-enter items for inclusion within our advertising campaigns.
A small, non-refundable entry fee is payable to enter lots to the Monthly Collective Auctions in addition to Seller's commission if the item is sold.
A reserve price is the minimum price that the Seller will accept for their item.
Depending on the nature of the item you are selling, you can set reserve provided it takes consideration of current market value. Our Auction Team will be happy to provide advice on this when you are entering your item.
During the Auction the Auctioneer may accept a provisional bid which is within close proximity, but below the reserve. In this case you will be contacted and you can choose whether you wish to accept the provisional bid or not.
Payment is issued as a cheque to the person who entered the item. We endeavor to post payments within 1 week of the Auction.
In the event that your item doesn't sell and assuming there are no provisional bids, you will need to collect your item by 6pm on the day of the Auction or between 2pm and 3pm the following day. Loading facilities will be provided during this time.
